Moevenpick Resort & Marine Spa Sousse, Sousse

I had a wonderful stay at Movenpick Sousse, where the amenities were excellent, especially the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The beach was beautiful, although the umbrellas were placed further back from the shore, which was a bit of a letdown. The rooms were spacious and clean, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit. However, the dining options could have included more traditional Tunisian cuisine and clearer hotel rules would have been beneficial.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sousse with stunning views, but the service, particularly at the reception, was hit or miss. While some staff members were genuinely helpful, I encountered issues with inconsistent information and slow response times. The dining options were lackluster, failing to meet what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Facilities such as the pool could use more attention, especially regarding service speed, but overall, I had a decent experience.
